Employees can contact our central Service Desk with all questions and problems relating to the content of the system or the various applications.
Our specialists solve questions and problems by telephone as much as possible. As a customer, you determine the priority of the call.
When managing your ICT infrastructure, an on-call administrator will take care of maintenance of peripherals, network equipment and the performance of more demanding management activities. Solving non-urgent incidents, which can only be solved locally, is also part of the work.
Should problems arise within your ICT infrastructure, our specialists will ensure that they are resolved within the predetermined period. Disruptions and / or problems can be reported by you or by us. In both cases, we coordinate the necessary activities to remedy the disruption.
Implementation of amendments
Most disruptions within an ICT infrastructure are the result of incorrectly implemented changes. If you want to change something within your IT infrastructure, please notify our Service Desk of your desired change. The change will be reviewed by our professionals. Subsequently, the activities necessary to implement the change in a responsible manner will be planned in consultation.
